Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as memberships or treatment packages. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Memberships
Complete Medical Esthetics memberships are offered as annual subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each membership year. You will receive a renewal reminder notification 3 days before your renewal date.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically at renewal unless you choose to cancel.
If you wish to cancel your membership, we require a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to your next renewal date. Cancellation requests can be submitted by contacting us at info@completekelowna.com.
Membership benefits, including associated discounts, will remain active until the end of the current membership period.

Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. We encourage you to book your sessions in advance to make the most of your package within the validity period.
